I have such fond memories of this beautiful celebration. The sun softened the chill in the air as anticipation and quiet nerves filled the morning, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The day began with finishing touches, shared laughs, and so much love - and before we knew it, it was time for the couple’s first look.

Laura and Tim chose to share a first look, creating a quiet, intimate moment just for the two of them. It was incredibly special to witness, and I feel grateful to have documented it. Their timeline also allowed us to complete most of their portraits before the ceremony, giving them the freedom to fully enjoy cocktail hour with their guests afterward.

There is something incredibly special about marrying the person you love, surrounded by the people who know you best. Tim and Laura’s ceremony was heartfelt and beautiful, before the celebration moved indoors where the warmth and energy carried the evening forward.

One of the most memorable things about this wedding was how much energy was brought to the dancefloor - This celebration had been anticipated for years, and it showed. As the DJ set the tone for the evening, the couple stayed close, moving through the night hand in hand while their friends filled the dance floor around them. Many of the guests had shared seasons of life with them long before the wedding day, which made the celebration feel deeply personal - a meaningful coming together of past and present.
